Modbus / OPC-UA Industrial Gateway

Bridge legacy machines to modern systems — Modbus RTU/TCP in, OPC-UA or MQTT out.

Why this product

What it gives you

No machine replacement

Existing equipment keeps working exactly as it does today; only the data path is added.

Tag mapping in configuration

Point-and-name tag configuration means a change is a settings edit, not a software release.

Built for plant conditions

DIN-rail mounting, wide-temperature components and optical isolation between ports.

What it does

The gateway polls serial or Ethernet devices on one side and serves OPC-UA or publishes MQTT on the other. Store-and-forward buffering means a network outage delays data rather than losing it.

Diagnostics are deliberately explicit: per-device poll status and an event log, so a broken cable is a five-minute diagnosis instead of a mystery.

Applications

  • Connecting legacy PLCs to a new MES or SCADA system
  • Sending plant data to a cloud historian
  • Aggregating energy meters and utility sensors
  • Bridging machines from different vendors on one network

What we hand over

  • Gateway unit with DIN-rail mounting kit
  • Tag map configured for your first set of devices
  • Wiring guide for your existing machine interfaces
  • Commissioning support during the first shift
