About us

Engineers who build, not just supply

SolderJoint.in designs and builds special purpose machines, test systems and industrial data solutions — and puts the same engineering into educational kits for the next generation.

What we do

We work where production, quality and data meet. That usually means a machine that has to assemble something reliably, a fixture that has to prove a product works before it ships, or a system that has to turn readings from the shop floor into something a person can act on.

Our work is deliberately documented. Machines are handed over with drawings, programs and interfaces explained, because equipment your team cannot adjust is equipment that becomes a problem in two years.

How we are different

  • One owner from concept to commissioning. Mechanical, electrical, software, build and site support sit with the same team.
  • We prove it before it ships. Machines and fixtures run a factory acceptance routine with your parts.
  • Open interfaces. PLC, Modbus, OPC-UA and MQTT integrations are documented rather than proprietary.
  • Honest scoping. If a problem does not need a machine, we will say so.

Where we fit in your plant

Most of our customers already have equipment and processes they intend to keep. Our job is usually to add the missing piece — a station that removes a manual step, a fixture that makes an inspection objective, or a data path that connects an existing machine to a system that needs its numbers.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises

  1. Understand the requirementA conversation about the process, the target cycle time and the constraints you already have. No specification document needed to start.
  2. Design and quoteA concrete proposal with the approach, the interfaces, the price and the delivery expectation — written down so it can be reviewed.
  3. Build and proveMechanical, electrical and software work under one owner, followed by a factory acceptance run with your parts or panels.
  4. Commission and hand overInstallation at your site, operator training and documentation you can maintain after we leave.
