Recipe-driven changeover
Each panel has its own cutting program. Changeover is a recipe select, not a fixture rebuild.
Inline or standalone
Runs as a standalone cell or drops into an existing SMT line with an SMEMA handshake.
What it does
The machine holds the panel on a vacuum table, follows a stored cut path with a high-speed spindle and deposits dust into an extraction port. Because the path lives in software, adding a new panel variant is a programming change rather than a mechanical redesign.
A guarded enclosure with interlocked doors and a two-hand start keeps the operator clear of the cutting area. Cycle status, recipe name and cut count are shown on the HMI and can be logged to a plant network.
