Wrong sequence, cross-threading or a stripped thread stops the cycle and raises an alarm instead of passing silently.
What it does
The operator loads the assembly, starts the cycle and the station steps through each fastening point in sequence. A servo-driven spindle reaches target torque, captures the peak value and reports pass or fail immediately.
Fixture plates are swappable, so one station can serve several products. Because the sequence and torque values are recipes rather than hard-wired logic, new variants are added without rewiring.
