What it does
A motorized test stand moves the sample while the instrument samples the transducer at high rate. Limits are defined per test, and every run produces a curve plus a pass/fail decision that can be exported for a quality record.
Because the stand speed and travel are programmable, the same test can be repeated exactly by different operators — which is usually the difference between a useful measurement and an argument.
